The recruitment team at Catch Resource Management (Catch) is celebrating as our latest figures reveal that we are on track for a record year. We are pleased to confirm that secured client business is already exceeding that of 2017. These exciting figures follow a successful management buyout which is set to bring fresh updates to the business.

 Catch specialise in ERP recruitment, specifically within the NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards marketplace. Established in 1999, we have successfully matched more than 6,000 skilled candidates with high-profile clients in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Distribution industries and more. With planned business growth moving into 2019 it seems Brexit isn’t having a negative impact on recruitment in the UK’s software enterprise sector.  

 Managing Director of Catch Philip Barker said: “Despite fears surrounding the future state of the labour market, our recruitment experts are able to attract highly-skilled IT professionals from Europe and further afield. Recruitment from overseas remains consistent and we continue to be a market leader.

 “Off the back of the management buyout we are delighted that the business is growing, and we have exciting plans to expand our core areas of competency. We have a clear management structure, dedicated partners and a proactive team so we are very confident in our capabilities moving forward.”

 Within the next six months we plan to add a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationships Management desk to our main services. This will complement our current Dynamics 365 offerings. We also have plans to increase the Oracle NetSuite desk to meet the growing demand.
