ERP/HR & Payroll PMO Planner

Contract Surrey £300 - £400 per day

Our client, an end user organisation based in Surrey, requires an ERP/HR & Payroll PMO Planner as part of their large ERP rollout programme. Candidates must have previous ERP PMO experience, ideally within full project life cycle, from planning to post Go Live.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an ERP PMO Analyst
  • ERP Experience
  • Workday Knowledge/Experience highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the project in accordance with correct Project Management principles
  • Mentor Project Support Officers
  • Ensure all workstream lead plans are updated
  • Manage updates to RAID
  • Run weekly programme update meetings
  • Conduct regular and rigorous progress reviews
  • Manage the Risk and Issue process with regular reviews, and focussed action orientated registers
  • Create stakeholder map and communication plan
  • Produce reporting packs for cadence reporting cycle

Qualifications:

  • Prince2 or similar accreditation

Location: Surrey
