Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultant

Permanent United Kingdom £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + OTE

Our client, a leading MS Gold Partner, is looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Consultants to join their growing internal D365 team. You will play a vital role in building client proposal, while structuring a pragmatic, tailored approach towards winning business.

Key Skills:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills


  • Substantial experience of Pre- Sales including demonstrating, presenting business solutions
  • Substantial experience of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Architect/design and development across the full ERP solution value propositions alongside the ROI at CxO level
  • Experienced within three or more industry sectors
  • Background in Financial Services or Manufacturing beneficial
  • Working knowledge of structured software development methodology
  • Experience of working in a complex landscape including multiple systems integration
  • Ability to understand business requirements and provide creative technical solutions that work within the technical boundaries
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities


  • Work with delivery and commercial teams to conceptualise and communicate winning propositions
  • Engage with prospects to discover their business issues, pin point business outcomes, help to shape and direct proposals
  • Deliver Solution Designs that meet business needs, whilst driving the use of best practice Dynamics business processes
  • Work on projects alongside colleagues ensuring delivery matches Solutions Design and best practices
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain standard product demonstrations and material to close new business and increase revenue
  • Support the Pre-Sales process by answering requests for information and conduct demonstrations
  • Maintain best practice standards and processes in Pre-Sales and Delivery
  • Support recruitment process in ensuring suitable candidate selection
  • Mentor colleagues as required
  • Ensure knowledge of industry and Microsoft solutions is kept up to date and relevant


  • Hold certifications in appropriate Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 area
