Permanent Leicestershire £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + excellent package

Our leading client requires a motivated and energetic Service Transition Manager. This is an exciting role with a successful and growing organisation. The successful candidate will have extensive ITIL based Service Management experience as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design agreed Service Model for the capability being delivered
  • Negotiation of service contracts and SLAs with 3rd party suppliers
  • Manage completion of the Service Transition Document/Operational Acceptance checklist
  • Work with the project team and 1st line team to ensure the appropriate categories are identified and created on the service desk
  • Undertake Training Needs Analysis to establish what Knowledge Transfer/training is required by Service teams
  • Ensure Service teams have the correct access to undertake their role
