Our leading client requires a motivated and energetic IT Support Technician. Your responsibilities will include the delivery of effective IT Service and Support to meet and exceed the requirements of the business. Successful candidate must have hands on Service Desk Support experience.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in a pressured Service Desk and Support environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing suppliers throughout issue resolution
- Strong, written and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of time-critical Manufacturing processes, and supporting technology
- Good technical understanding of Wintel systems
- IT infrastructure Windows Server and VMWare experience
- Understanding of Active Directory
