Our global end user client requires a Dynamics AX Support Analyst to support the use of AX 2012 R3. The role involves providing functional support to global business sites. Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ Years’ using MS Dynamics AX 2012 r3 or equivalent AX/D365 technologies
- Creating documentation for AX processes and procedures
- Understanding of all AX modules
- Planning/delivering using project methodologies
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Business Analysis and Project Management
- Working with multi-disciplined teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills
- Act as, and take full ownership of, 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support to the business (globally) for the ERP system
- Effectively communicate with all lines of support, other team members and partners
- Liaise with user teams to understand requirements
- Perform key application administration duties
