Dynamics CRM Support Desk Consultant

Permanent Manchester £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Due to continued growth our Microsoft Partner client requires a Dynamics CRM Support Desk Consultant to provide application support to their clients.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and Dynamics 365 CE both online and on-premise
  • V 4.0 would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of 2015 + is essential
  • Understanding of the concepts around C#/.net development including plug-ins, custom workflow assemblies plus JavaScript
  • Data and application integration to and from Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configuration and customisation
  • Business processes contained within Dynamics CRM
  • SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server
  • Integration between CRM and Exchange
  • O365 knowledge would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working in a Technical Support role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line Level Support to clients
  • Log incident calls using the support desk system
  • Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
  • Support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales
  • Own and take responsibility for the Service Delivery to a number of key accounts
  • Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status
  • Test own allocated CRM developments/fixes before delivering to customers
  • Engage in cross team knowledge transfer to ensure best use of staff resources

Qualifications:

  • Dynamics CRM certifications
