Dynamics CRM Support Desk Analyst

Permanent Manchester £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Our leading Microsoft Partner client requires a Dynamics CRM Support Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their clients using Dynamics CRM/365 CE. Previous Consultancy/Partner side experience is not required making this is a great opportunity to expand your skillset and join a highly reputable Microsoft Partner.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and Dynamics 365 CE both Online and On-Premise
  • Knowledge of 2015 + is essential
  • C#/.Net development including Plug-ins, custom Workflow assemblies and Javascript
  • Data and application integration to and from Dynamics CRM
  • Dynamics CRM entities, Workflows, Configuration and Customisation
  • SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server
  • Integration between CRM and Exchange
  • O365 knowledge would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working in a Technical Support Role

Desirable Skills: • Infrastructure associated with On Premise CRM implementations • Field Service and PSA would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional 1st and 2nd level support to customer base according to SLA and Support Contracts
  • Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
  • Take responsibility for the Service Delivery to a number of ‘key accounts’
  • Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status
  • Test own allocated CRM developments/fixes before delivering to customers
  • Support the CRM project team on projects, gaining consultancy experience, this is a secondary priority
  • Engage in cross team knowledge transfer to ensure best use of staff resources

Qualifications:

  • Dynamics CRM certifications
