D365 CE Support Developer

Permanent Nottingham £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Due to continued growth our Microsoft Partner client requires a D365 CE Support Developer to provide development and application support to their clients. My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who will eventually become their D365 Technical SME with a focus on PowerApps, Azure and MS Flow.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years’ experience supporting or developing with Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with D365 would be beneficial
  • .Net / C# experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and driven personality
  • Desire to explore and learn new technologies
  • Any experience with PowerApps, PowerBI or Microsoft Flow would be highly beneficial
  • Previous CRM configuration or customisation skills welcomed

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop and implement enhancements to D365
  • Create user stories and design documents
  • Unit testing and support of UAT
  • Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date
  • Analysis of change and improve cycle
  • Log incident calls using the support desk system
  • Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
  • Ensure support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales
  • Engage in cross team knowledge transfer to ensure best use of staff resources

Qualifications:

  • Dynamics CRM certifications

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
