Our client, an international professional services organisation, requires a Dynamics 365CE Technical Lead to provide technical guidance and expertise as part of their global D365 implementation. The role can be home based, with only occasional travel required to my client’s offices.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365CE with particular focus on Sales, Marketing and Service
- Significant previous experience as CRM/365CE Technical Lead
- Previous experience working on global/multi-country Dynamics CRM project
- Lead technical aspects of Dynamics365CE project
- Oversee Partner resources and hold them accountable for their work
- Sign off technical designs and ensure they are fit for purpose
- Ensure application and architecture will fit future needs of the business
- Provide D365CE expertise to the business – act as assurance for work being completed by Partner teams
