Our high profile client is looking for an EDI Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must be customer service driven with significant experience in eServices and EDI relationship management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in eservices and EDI relationship management
  • Customer service driven
  • Understanding of latest EDI standards and development
  • Expert in stakeholder management and collaborative working
  • Able to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Able to plan and work on own initiative with excellent organisational skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Strong communicator able to work with all levels in the organisation
  • Experience of leading teams both directly and indirectly


  • Provide advice, education and training as required
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high performing service focused team
  • Have intricate knowledge of the technical teams in relation to EDI technical solutions
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in service, efficiency, process and process adoption internally and externally
  • Take ownership for the maintenance and communication of EDI training tools, user guides and platform developments
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders for the successful delivery of large customer integration projects
  • Prioritise and take accountability for large customer on-boarding, managing successful completion with outsource partners, IT and App Support teams
