Key Skills Required:
- 5 -8 years’ experience within a CRM or Business Process Analyst role
- BPA in Service area and industry
- Salesforce, Dynamics CRM experience
- CRM application knowledge
- ERP system knowledge
- Business Process Modelling
- Workshop setup, training & follow-up
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management
- Global experience working with partners across locations, countries and business areas
- Analysing different business processes and liaising with ERP team for Account Data Cleansing in business systems
- Merge data and processes towards Salesforce CRM to gradually retire current CRM system landscapes
- Support overall implementation of Salesforce
- Proactively propose CRM solutions to optimize the current solution
