Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support and maintain their existing Dynamics AX2009 solution, and to assist with their upgrade to Dynamics365 Finance & Operations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience supporting Dynamics AX 2009 or AX2012
- Knowledge of the AOT
- Previous experience working as part of application support team/help desk
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude and interest in furthering career within Dynamics
- Provide support to users of the existing AX2009 solution
- Provide AX functional knowledge
- Where required assist with upgrade to Dynamics365
- Identify and trace bugs
