An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Analyst with good analytical and evaluative skills to join our client’s prestigious global organisation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5years experience supporting Concur or other Expense Management Tool
  • Experience using Service Now for Incident Management
  • Passion for learning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excel, Word and Visio skills
  • Good analytical and evaluative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals, manuals, policy documents, etc. are kept up to date and are available
  • Maintain/administer Application team intranet page
  • Provide technical support for the 3rd party applications that support multiple corporate departments, specifically the Accounts Payable and Legal departments
  • Analysis of requirements by checking for derived requirements that are logical to customers’ requests

Location: Berkshire
