Our end user client are looking for a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Dynamics AX Support Analyst to join their growing support team. Currently working with 150 users world-wide, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to be involved in a D365 implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX
- IT Support/Helpdesk experience
- Experience of using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Good interpersonal skills
- PC troubleshooting and technical skills
- A self-motivated analytical thinker
- 1st and 2nd Line Support of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of other applications/systems
- Assist in support during a D365 upgrade
