Our Microsoft Gold Partner client are seeking a Dynamics AX Support Analyst to support a number of their clients, during and post implementation. The role would need someone with a technical understanding of Dynamics AX and would involve working with versions D365 F&O and AX2012.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX essential
- IT Support/Helpdesk experience
- Experience of using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- PC troubleshooting and technical skills
- Experience of D365 highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 1st and 2nd Line Support of Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 for a variety of clients
- System release, backup and restoration
- Looking into system issues
- Carrying out system installations
Location: Manchester or Portsmouth
