D365 Support Developer

Permanent Cheshire £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + package

Our client, a UK based global end user, are seeking a D365 Support Developer to support internal teams and assist with their global D365 implementation programme. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with the latest version of D365 F&O whilst working for an exciting and growing organisation. Candidates without D365 experience will be considered if possessing good technical experience with AX2012 or earlier.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience of technical support and development with Dynamics AX
  • SQL and X++ Experience
  • Ambitious and driven personality
  • Desire to explore and learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop and implement enhancements to D365
  • Unit testing and support of UAT
  • Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date
  • Analysis of change and improve cycle
  • Log incident calls using the support desk system
  • Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
  • Ensure support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales
  • Engage in cross team knowledge transfer to ensure best use of staff resources

Desirable:

  • Experience with PowerApps, PowerBI or Microsoft Flow
  • Experience with D365 F&O

Location: Cheshire
