Dynamics CRM Administrator

Permanent Surrey £33,000 - £38,000 per annum + package

Seeking a Dynamics CRM Administrator for our end user client based in Surrey. The primary purpose of the CRM Administrator is to support and maintain the integrity and efficient operation of our clients CRM system. You will work closely with a small development team throughout the project lifecycle and provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience of Microsoft Dynamics Administration and support or similar role
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (or previous versions)
  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels
  • Enjoy working as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multi-task working across a wide range of tasks
  • Highly motivated self-starter, able to manage own time and work independently
  • Highly IT literate with diagnostics & problem-solving aptitude
  • Understanding of data reporting and analysis
  • Reporting skills with Power BI advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain and support the integrity and efficient operation of the company’s CRM system and associated day-today tasks
  • Ensure high levels of data quality by identifying user errors, co-ordinating regular data cleansing initiatives and retraining
  • Provide 1st / 2nd line support to end users, providing training as and when necessary
  • Work with business units to strengthen user competence and policy implementation
  • Security alerts monitoring and user management
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting them with the next phases of the project road map

Location: Surrey Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
