Dynamics CRM Support Developer

Permanent Surrey £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + package

Seeking a Dynamics CRM Support Developer for our end user client based in Surrey. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years CRM development experience coupled with an understanding of Microsoft Azure, O365 and SharePoint. The Dynamics CRM Support Developer will develop, support and maintain the integrity and efficient operation of the company’s CRM system. You will be hands on working in a small development team building further functionality for a new Dynamics 365 CRM system in a fast-growing company.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years CRM development experience (Dynamics 365 or earlier)
  • Microsoft certified developer
  • Development experience with C# .NET, JavaScript (jQuery) and HTML
  • Experience writing and supporting custom workflows / plugins and working with complex workflows
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure, O365 and SharePoint
  • Experience in data reporting (SQL Server Integration Service and SQL Server Reporting Service)
  • Knowledge of coding standards, best practices and source control techniques
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels

Responsibilities:

  • •Ensure high levels of data quality by identifying user errors, co-ordinating regular data cleansing initiatives and retraining
  • Provide 1st / 2nd line support to end users providing training as and when necessary
  • Evaluate, improve and update system functionality ensuring that systems meet the needs of the business
  • Monitor, maintain and support the integrity and efficient operation of the company’s CRM system and associated day-today tasks
  • Create and maintain user manuals and help guides for all new software in accordance with Microsoft guidelines and best business practices
  • Develop the system with a high level of automation and efficiency, focussing on maximising business efficiency, reporting and end user experience
  • Increase and strengthen user competence and policy implementation
  • Work as part of a small development team throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, launch and support

Location: Surrey Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
