Dynamics CRM Support Analyst

Permanent Maidenhead £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Seeking a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst for our end user client. The successful candidate will work alongside our clients Maidenhead based Global Financial Systems CRM team to support the UK and South Africa business entity users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • High functional and system knowledge of MS CRM
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX
  • Knowledge of CPQ is beneficial
  • Ability to implement changes to MS CRM
  • Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues related to MS CRM
  • Ability to analyse and document business requirements and processes in writing as well as using Visio
  • Fluent in English
  • Service-minded and willing to contribute to user and stakeholder success

Responsibilities:

  • CRM 1st level Support and Business Analysis
  • Collaborating with and staying close to the business, fully understanding, analysing and documenting processes
  • CRM System Support
  • Training & onboarding of business users
  • Enforcing SOX audit policies to ensure system compliance
  • Creating functional documentation
  • Managing recurring release cycles
  • Collaborating with Developers on enhancements and bug fixes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Masters’ degree with technical background

Location: Maidenhead Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
