Dynamics AX Technical Support – Home-based

Contract Home based £30 - £35 per hour

Our global end user client are looking for a Dynamics AX Technical Support resource to join their team on a contract basis and provide support to their Dynamics AX2012 system. The role can be completed on a remote basis with only occasional travel to site required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of installing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and its related components (SQL Server, SSRS, Windows, DIXF, Management Reporter etc)
  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Utilities
  • Experience with SQL Server administration via SSMS
  • Can work independently and require minimal guidance

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and troubleshoot problems in software applications, operating systems, databases, hardware and integrations between applications
  • Producing ‘How To’ documentation for SysAdmin and User roles (building towards a usable knowledge base)
  • Provisioning new AX environments, AX roles or integrating other applications
  • Manage and maintain user access lists/security around environment access

Location: UK Wide - Remote
