Our global end user client are looking for a Dynamics AX Technical Support resource to join their team on a contract basis and provide support to their Dynamics AX2012 system. The role can be completed on a remote basis with only occasional travel to site required.
- Experience of installing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and its related components (SQL Server, SSRS, Windows, DIXF, Management Reporter etc)
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Utilities
- Experience with SQL Server administration via SSMS
- Can work independently and require minimal guidance
- Analyse and troubleshoot problems in software applications, operating systems, databases, hardware and integrations between applications
- Producing ‘How To’ documentation for SysAdmin and User roles (building towards a usable knowledge base)
- Provisioning new AX environments, AX roles or integrating other applications
- Manage and maintain user access lists/security around environment access
