Our end user client requires a IS Service Delivery Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience and technical knowledge of Office 365 administration including licensing, reporting, data back up and troubleshooting coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge & experience of O365
- Experience and technical knowledge of Office 365 administration including licensing, reporting, data back up and troubleshooting
- A willingness to keep up to date with O365 latest releases
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Monitor and help with the IS Service Delivery ticketing queue
- Provide technical IS support over the phone, mail, chat or in person
- Asset management assistance, ordering and cataloguing IT equipment and mobile devices
- Help with basic billing
- Report to the IS Service Delivery Team Leader
