Our client, a global end user, is seeking a NetSuite Trainer to assist with deploying customised training programs for both CRM and ERP, adapting to the specific users for their global NetSuite implementation project. The successful candidate will have solid NetSuite training experience gained from numerous clients and be able to deliver training in a variety of methods. The successful candidate must have NetSuite experience for this position and be able to travel internationally, frequently, once safe to do so.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years NetSuite training experience
- Distribution, Sales, Order Management and Finance module experience
- English is mandatory with other languages beneficial
- Able to travel frequently internationally
- Choose the ideal training methods or activities for a specific goal and audience as well as potential multi-lingual training modules (online, role-play, tutorial, work training, professional development classes, etc.)
- Analyse and incorporate new training methods and techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and provide summaries to management by identifying the effects of training on employee skills and company goals
- Organise and arrange train/trainers for internal experts/trainers in coordination with Change Management Program
Location: UK or Europe (Frequent International Travel)
