NetSuite ERP Reporting Analyst

Contract Buckinghamshire £450 - £500 per day

Our client, a UK based global end user, are seeking a NetSuite ERP Reporting Analyst with a strong background in ERP implementation. Our client has recently started a major project to replace their current ERP system with Oracle NetSuite, as well as implementing a new Microsoft Data Warehouse and Azure-hosted Operation Data Store. Due to the current climate, this role will be primarily remote based with a phased return to the office in due course


Key Skills & Experience:  

  • 3+ years of building reports using Oracle NetSuite ERP tools and data
  • Expert working knowledge of the NetSuite ERP schema / data model
  • Background of ERP implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering reporting requirements
  • Experience of building NetSuite Reports, Dashboards, Saved Searches and Workbooks
  • In depth understanding of relational data structure design
  • Working knowledge of structure query language (SQL)
  • Demonstrable experience of leading ERP implementation reporting workstreams
  • Experience of working closely with technical resources on Data and MI/BI workstreams
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written


  • Working with finance, operations, sales and IT subject matter experts and processes owners to specify their reporting requirements
  • Specifying, building and testing reporting artefacts using all of the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics tools: Dashboards, Reports, Saved Searches, Workbooks
  • Leading other project team members and SMEs to do the same
  • Supporting the Data Architect with the design of the target DWH and ODS Data relation to NetSuite data by modelling the data structures required to meet the client’s enterprise reporting
  • Identifying and recording areas of project risk and recommending mitigation actions
  • Documenting data requirements and design (master data management, governance, cleansing, migration)
  • Documenting reporting user stories/requirements and owning the related sections of the product backlog
