Global Process Analyst

Permanent Hampshire £45,000 per annum + benefits

Our leading client requires a highly motivated and energetic Global Process Analyst to support the Global Process Leads in the design and delivery of new processes within a new NetSuite Finance system. Due to the current climate, this role will be primarily remote based with a phased return to the office in due course.


Key Skills & Experience:  

  • 4+ years’ experience of a combination of the following:
    • Working within or closely with finance functions
    • Order to Cash process experience
    • Track record of designing new processes
    • Process mapping using Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Ability to self-manage



  • Design and document the functional aspects of the To Be solution alongside the Global Process Lead and Global Functional Lead
  • Work alongside software solution partners to review the configuration of the functional aspects of the solution, including user-defined data and workflow
  • Participate in evaluation of impacts of design decisions, including gaps between business requirements and NetSuite functionality
  • Work alongside the Data Leads to determine the Supplier, Customer and Employee master data model
  • Validate solution during system integration testing
  • Prepare test scenarios and test scripts
  • Prepare training materials
