Our leading London based end user client is seeking to hire a full time, permanent D365 Field Service Consultant to join their internal centre of excellence within Dynamics 365. They are heavily vested in utilising the latest and most innovative Microsoft technologies and are looking for someone with a strong background in Field Services and / or Customer Service, with Dynamics 365, to help drive new system advancements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 4 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE as a Consultant
  • Experience with Dynamics CE implementations in a functional environment
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CE particularly Field Services
  • Communicate with & present to all levels within a customer’s business
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously
  • Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate

Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams in client-facing delivery roles
  • Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to fit project requirements
  • Engaging with team members to contribute towards successful project outcomes
  • Working closely with technical development capability, including near shore and off shore teams
  • Working with third party providers to translate requirements and design to ensure solution build is in line with expectations
  • Providing functional consultant delivery support across all phases of the programme including testing, business change, data migration and cutover
  • Understanding business requirements and scope changes and highlight any impact on delivery teams or technical solution
  • Providing Field Services SME input across a variety of programme workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change
  • Formally coach and manage people with the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft and help support their go-to-market strategies
  • Keeping abreast of new and upcoming changes to the Microsoft CE applications and communicating opportunities internally and to clients
