Our global Microsoft D365 gold partner client is looking to appoint a D365 SCM Pre Sales Consultant to join their busy and growing practice in the UK.  This is a remote based position; however, candidates must be based in the UK and able to travel to client sites on an adhoc basis. You will be assisting the Sales Consultants in providing solutions, demonstrations and consultations with prospective new clients to the business.

This role would suit a Senior / Lead Dynamics SCM Consultant who is looking to progress their career. You will have already performed implementation consultant duties at a current, or former, Dynamics 365 Gold Partner and have experience in performing Pre-Sales duties.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 2 years focused on D365 F&O pre-sales or implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules, including inventory, warehouse, transportation, and production control.
  • Familiarity with integration strategies and complementary Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations focusing on D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Design proof-of-concept solutions
  • Work closely with sales teams to create proposals for prospective clients.
  • Provide insights into industry best practices and how D365 F&O can optimise client’s operations.
  • Involved in scoping workshops to define project goals, deliverables, and scope.
  • Engage with technical teams to define architecture and integration strategies.
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.
  • Train internal teams on Dynamics 365 capabilities and supply chain solutions.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft D365 F&O updates, trends in supply chain management, and competitor offerings.
