Our client, an international EPM dedicated consultancy, are seeking a highly experienced Senior OneStream Consultant to join their team in the Nordics. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of OneStream solutions, including financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize scalable and efficient OneStream solutions that enhance financial and operational performance.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in OneStream implementation, development, and support.
• OneStream certification is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Strong technical skills, including experience in scripting, data integration, and automation within OneStream.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and working with C-level executives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex OneStream solutions tailored to client business needs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Optimise and enhance existing OneStream applications to improve efficiency and usability.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices for OneStream implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Conduct advanced training sessions and mentorship programs for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OneStream functionality and performance.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating OneStream with enterprise-wide financial and operational systems.
• Stay ahead of OneStream advancements and industry trends to deliver innovative and future-proof solutions.

Location: Finland – Remote/Hybrid

Candidates must be eligible to work in Finland, Norway, Sweden or Denmark.
