Our client, an international EPM dedicated consultancy, are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support clients in implementing, configuring, and optimising Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement financial planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and drive business efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations for multiple clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reports, and Data Management within Oracle EPM.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, MDX, and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Implement and configure Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation.
  • Develop and optimise financial models, dashboards, and reports to support client decision-making.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Oracle EPM implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
  • Support system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle EPM environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM with clients’ existing enterprise systems.
  • Stay informed about Oracle EPM advancements and industry trends to offer innovative solutions.

Location: United Kingdom Remote/London
