Catch Resource Management is recruiting for an exciting new role.

 

We are looking for a driven, highly organised and hard-working Resource Consultant to work at our head office in Farnham, Surrey.

 

You’ll be resourcing candidates; working within our highly successful recruitment team in a result-orientated, quality-controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of autonomy and strict deadlines is essential.

 

You will be responsible for the sourcing of contract and permanent IS professionals to work with our UK and international clients across many industry sectors. 

 

This role will suit an ambitious individual, who can use their existing sales, customer care or hospitality knowledge and experience to develop a career in recruitment.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A sales background is not essential; although the job holder should demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships and offer a high level of customer service.
  • A successful track record in closing deals, or upselling within a sales/telesales/customer service or ideally a recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential. 
  • Fluent in English. The job holder must write and speak clearly and concisely to employees and 3rd parties alike. Must be able to communicate with 3rd parties at most levels, from a receptionist to members of the senior management team.
  • Must have an aptitude for telephone communications and conversing via social media or professional job board portals.
  • Must be familiar with a Windows/MS Office environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing IS professionals through internal/external database searches, CV mining, targeted emails and external advertising.
  • Taking candidates through the entire recruitment process from initial engagement right through to post-placement aftercare.
  • Become knowledgeable within our chosen ERP marketplaces (NetSuite/D365).
  • Successfully place candidates within the ERP marketplace.
  • Manage the placement procedure for Catch.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act/GDPR.
  • Maintain Catch Recruitment’s internal CRM.
  • Qualify candidates.
  • Maintain and understand online advertising.
