D365 BC Product Manager

Our leading end user client are looking for a D365 BC Product Manager who has experience building verticals within the product, to assist with a new project that has just come in. This would be a remote based role; however candidates will need to be based in the UK to perform the position as it requires ad hoc time in client offices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Deep expertise with JIRA
• Experience of Business Central
• Proven success in bringing enterprise level B2B solutions to market
• Proven ability to articulate a product vision and to then motivate a team to deliver against that vision
• Experienced in making decisions quickly in order to seize opportunities that will lead to success
• Strong commercial understanding
• Demonstrable experience of working with Design & Engineering to build products that customers love to use
• A self-starter that demonstrates initiative and tenacity while working independently
• Laser focus on providing an excellent user experience that drives business results
• Deep, practical experience of agile delivery from a product perspective
• Construction or Finance software experience beneficial
• Familiarity with tools such as ProductBoard

Responsibilities:

• Work with the internal team to validate and define the product strategy
• Work alongside the existing product manager, the technical director, and with peers in the Construct Cloud team(s) to build the roadmap and component modules
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure that Housebuilding can achieve a market leading position
• Establish the programme to move a legacy product
• Establish clear objectives and key results, with supporting metrics, for the programme
• Support the recruitment of the Product Director
• Help manage the transition to agile ways of working
• Work with the product designer to conduct discovery and validate key concepts ahead of coding
• Identify key customer problems that the team will solve
• Currently product design is being conducted by a newly engaged design agency, this will transition to an internal function in the summer of 2023
• Work with the engineering team on technical feasibility analysis and delivery
