D365 Project Portfolio Manager – D365 Project Manager, D365 Programme Manager,  ERP Project Manager, ERP Programme Manager, Portfolio Manager, Azure, Dynamics AX, ERP, MES, D365 F&O, D365, MSP, PMP, PMI, RAID, Prince2 – Cambridgeshire - £600-650pd

Our client, a large end user organisation, is looking for a D365 Project Portfolio Manager for an initial 12-month contract. The role will be primarily remote based for the foreseeable future due to COVID restrictions however will require some travel to their office in Cambridgeshire in the future. The D365 Project Portfolio Manager will have previous hands-on experience of managing enterprise-level systems projects and will have excellent stakeholder management skills. The role will include offering guidance and mentoring to other junior project managers, who are working on a portfolio of other, non D365 related, Azure focused projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience of managing projects in medium/large organisations, ideally at least one sizeable (100+ user) core business system implementation (e.g. ERP, MES)
• Ability to display demonstrable success managing long term projects
• Team Management & Leadership Experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Positive and proactive attitude towards change and innovation

Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of initiatives and projects that will be investigated and delivered at any one time
• Providing strategic guidance to the divisions on the overall content and direction of projects
• Ascertaining feasibility and Return on Investment of initiatives
• Delivery of projects into the business
• Be responsible for delivering co-ordinated systems change within the Business
