Infor LN Finance Functional Lead

Our exclusive client is looking for an Infor LN Finance Functional Lead Consultant to provide direction, leadership, and guidance to members of their assigned team in alignment with our client’s goals and objectives. The Infor LN Finance Functional Lead Consultant will act as a liaison between business management and IT teams for ERP LN and related software implementations. Full life cycle implementation experience is required coupled with strong knowledge of EMEA Finance rules and regulations and associated ERP LN localization layers. 


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years demonstrated working experience with ERP LN with at least some exposure to LN 10.4 and above (full life cycle implementation experience is required) 
  • Previous experience of working in a Manufacturing environment is preferable
  • Relevant Finance experience working in an enterprise-grade multi-site and international organization
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA finance rules and regulations and associated ERP LN localization layers 
  • Understand technical problems and solutions concerning the current, as well as the future business environment
  • Able to suggest plans to integrate new and existing processes
  • Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements
  • Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition
  • Demonstrated abilities to combine business and technical perspectives
  • Capable of leading and managing teams in a remote environment 
  • Skills in effective verbal and written communication, people management, and project management



  • Leads, manage, and mentors the members of their assigned team, providing guidance and instruction in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborates with business and IT colleagues to ensure any IT solution meets the business need whilst respecting the SBP model
  • Support our clients ERP implementation methodology and approach in line with the project schedule, including travel to critical stages of the project as required and when safe to do so
  • Actively promotes the SBP model and drives towards standard common solutions wherever possible
  • Has day to day operational responsibility for their assigned team and the planning of its personnel to ensure appropriate business support coverage is in place at all times
  • Responsible for management and timely resolution of the teams support queue in the IT Services Helpdesk solution Footprints
  • Participates in and acts as subject matter expert in the Template Team for their assigned functional area
  • Provides regular status updates of the team’s activities, achievements, and challenges on a schedule to be agreed with the Manager, Applications EMEA
  • Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business as appropriate
  • Performs other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or more than 10 years’ experience in ERP implementations, business analysis and process modelling and redesign


Other Info:  You must be able and willing to travel around Europe


Location: Home-based with travel as required
