Applications Support Analyst

Permanent London £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + competitive benefits package

Our luxury end-user client require an Applications Support Analyst to join their expanding and busy IT Department, to support the use of a variety of mainly Microsoft focused applications. This new role sits within the larger IT support function and will focus on resolving 1st and 2nd line issues the company may face, in relation to business applications. The successful candidate will be an ambitious and driven self-starter, who strives to learn and develop new skills whilst working in a busy and active IT department. The Applications Support Analyst will have supported a number of business applications previously, to 2nd line level, and enjoy working with a variety of different systems. You will be the first port of call for many different applications such as; MS Teams, SharePoint, D365, O365, MS Power Platform, and much more.

 

Desirable Experience:

  • SQL experience
  • Retail / Hospitality industry experience
  • D365 F&O / AX2012 experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with all technology and project teams to deliver high quality support, from receipt to resolution
  • Involvement with monitoring, maintenance an project support activities
  • Receive and resolve all 1st and 2nd line tickets sent through to the Applications Support Desk
  • Work closely with, internal and external, teams to identify and resolve 3rd line issues
  • Provide day to day support for all teams using business applications such; MS Teams, SharePoint Online, D365 F&O, D365 SCM, D365 Commerce etc.
