Our client, a global end user, are seeking a NetSuite Training Lead to create their training documentation for all their users both written and online. The successful candidate will have solid NetSuite training experience coupled with proven experience of creating training documentation, ideally on a large scale project.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years NetSuite training experience
- Proven experience in creating training documentation both written and online
- Experience in developing and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, process, and data flow
- Experience in writing, editing technical and functional design documents
- Solid understanding of workflows
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- PBCS or Adaptive Insights experience advantageous
- Experience of training within another ERP system
- Knowledge of MS Offices particularly MS Visio, Lotus Notes
- Other language skills a bonus (especially Spanish)
