D365 HR Solution Architect

Contract UK £600 - £650 per day

Our large Microsoft partner client requires a D365 HR Solution Architect to lead the delivery of their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role will be focussed on the functional solutions across the Microsoft platform and the D365 HR Solution Architect will assist on multiple D365 F&O projects.


Key Skills & Experience: 

  • 10+ years in ERP delivery with at least 5 years specific to Dynamics 
  • Wide modular experience (Ideally specialising in HR)
  • Previous large scale ERP project experience
  • Experience in designing solutions for the HR module in Dynamics 365 for FinOps
  • Full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (D365FO) and AX
  • Experience of using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps
  • Advantageous to have experience of complimentary Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow
  • Experience of common software implementation methodologies, including Life Cycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step
  • Ability to understand the high-level business requirements
  • Knowledge of architecture across multiple modules
  • Ability to work systematically and logically to analyse situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
  • Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritise and organise time, project schedules and multiple project activities
  • Outstanding people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors



  • Lead the design and development of business processes that enhance the out of the box Dynamics functionality 
  • Effectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business 
  • Define training needs within the team and coach other team members 
  • Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour 
  • Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary 
  • Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
