D365 F&O HR Specialist Consultant

Contract UK £700 - £800 per day (Inside IR35)

Our end-user client is looking for an experienced D365 F&O HR Specialist Consultant to lead the design and configuration of the HR application. The ideal candidate must have experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of consulting experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics HR
  • Human Resource experience with understanding of all aspects of HR compliance and best practices
  • Certified Microsoft Dynamics professionals are preferred; however, certifications are not mandatory
  • Knowledge of .NET platform
  • Microsoft SQL DB knowledge
  • PowerBI knowledge
  • General Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps knowledge
  • Ability to work remotely while communicating effectively to leadership
  • Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English is required
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changes



  • Serve as the team expert for customizing and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR application through planning and analysing, designing, building, testing, upgrading, and supporting the existing platform
  • Assist in deployment, configuration and monitoring all aspects of Dynamics 365 HR in production and non-production environments
  • Design, develop and execute data migration processes and integrations to existing systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and improve system design based on business requirements while ensuring best practices are followed across the company
  • Manage and create custom security and workflows in Dynamics. Identify system opportunities to automate and improve user experience
  • Investigate, resolve or escalate Dynamics 365 technical application issues
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
  • Assist team members in learning Dynamics 365 HR and provide ongoing education to team members as appropriate to ongoing projects
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of Dynamics 365 HR policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required
