Our end-user client is looking for a D365 Retail Support Analyst to help them in their upgrade to Dynamics 365 F&O. The D365 Retail Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting their existing AX system whilst also having involvement in the move to D365.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience providing support to users of Dynamics AX
- Provide 1st line support
- Knowledge of AX2012 or D365
- Previous experience working in a Retail environment
- Supply Chain experience
- Good communication skills
- Assisting user with errors
- Setting up new users
- Permissions administration
- Monitor batch jobs
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk to ensure P1 and P2 issues are resolved promptly
- Seek opportunities to automate support, release and security update processes
