Integration Lead

Contract Remote based £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a global end user organisation, is looking for an Integration Lead to join them for a 23-month fixed term contract and deliver integration solutions for their ERP programme (Dynamics 365). The role can be completed on a fully remote basis.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years development experience using a major integration platform e.g. Boomi, Mulesoft, Tibco or BizTalk, either cloud or on-premises
  • Experience in a development team lead role, managing code across multiple dev streams
  • 5 years working in an IT development environment
  • Knowledge of data types including XML, JSON, EDI
  • JavaScript, Groovy, XSLT, SQL
  • Messaging technology such as JMS/MQ
  • Understanding of networking and security principles
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills, easily able to work in English



  • Lead the Integration workstream, providing a structured approach to the stream workload, a delivery plan and progress reporting against the plan
  • Manage the workload amongst the developers, ensuring that the plan is executed in a timely manner, so that deliverables are available when required to support the wider Programme plan
  • Take a share of the development workload
  • Identify and escalate risks/issues/ decisions to the Programme Management team & sponsors
  • Work with the Group Integration Lead to agree design decisions and ensure the developers deliver to the correct coding standards and designs
  • Seek to harmonise across the subsidiaries to one EMEA solution where possible
  • Collaborate with other Workstream Leads and Design Authority to ensure the solutions sufficiently support the business requirements and that processes have integrity across the business as a whole
  • Ensure the workstream participates in and supports all test phases
  • Contribute to the design of the Cutover plan for each launch
  • Ensure all solutions are documented and that appropriate training and support documentation is provided to the IT Service Desk and application support team
