Senior CRM Manager

Permanent London £60,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a London-based end-user organisation, is actively looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for the supervision, development, and maintenance of our client’s portfolio of business applications. The Senior CRM Manager will have a strong understanding of system-led practices around data privacy and protection coupled with excellent communication skills. This is a remote-based role with travel into the office in London once a  week.

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of CRM Administration and implementation (D365, Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of system-led practices around data privacy and protection
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate within a team on internationals
  • Familiarity with integration platforms
  • Project Management experience
  • University Degree educated in either Business Administration, Management of Information Systems or Computer Science

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise hi-level processes around data collection and processing
  • Own the end-to-end data flow across integrated applications
  • Data Management – follow design guideline to monitor transactional data into group CRM and reporting systems
  • 3rd line support
  • Monitor helpdesk performance of local admins
  • Coordinate the resources required to rollout of systems
  • Facilitate business transition
  • Apply KPIs and metrics against transactional systems to oversee and manage quality of operational data
  • Implement central and local policies to ensure compliance across data systems

 

Location:  London
