Dynamics CRM Developer – Home-Based

Permanent Remote based £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Our end-user client requires a Dynamics CRM Developer on a permanent basis to join their team. You’ll be working with an established and enthusiastic project team to deliver new business processes, new technology and new customer experiences to the business.  You’ll also be working with users and technical teams to continually improve and innovate, as well as helping to promote Dynamics at the organisation. This role can be completed remotely with sporadic travel to Client offices in Tunbridge Wells for important meetings.


Key Skills & Experience


  • Performs at SFIA plus Level 3 or above
  • Proficient in configuring, coding, testing & maintaining moderately complex Dynamics systems
  • Passion and aptitude for both coding and creating enterprise level solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft development technologies including C#, Asp.Net & WebAPI
  • Familiar with JavaScript including the AngularJS framework
  • Familiar with SQL
  • Proficient using source control tools such as TFS or Git
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management skills with a history of meeting commitments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment often under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills



  • Familiar with Logic Apps and/or Scribe
  • Familiar with Agile/Lean development including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proficient with Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Familiar with how to develop secure applications by avoiding common pitfalls and an understanding of the OWASP top 10
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subject



  • Work with the Dynamics Product Owner and Business representatives to develop User Stories (requirements) ready for the development of Dynamics
  • Configure Dynamics according to the User Stories to provide useable features, delivering value within the given time frame (Sprint)
  • Work with and alongside our Dynamics implementation partner to configure Dynamics to the specified requirements
  • Estimate development efforts
  • Assist in analysing and resolving defects and issues
  • Work as part of a small SCRUM team & take part in Scrum Ceremonies
