Our global end user client is seeking a NetSuite Support Manager to oversee systems support, including integration points for on-premise and SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions. The NetSuite Support Manager will provide an excellent level of service to our client’s customers from a technology and business process perspective while adhering to their service level agreements, key performance indicators and system governance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience of NetSuite finance support.
- 3+ years’ experience of managing finance support teams globally.
- 2+ years’ experience of working with software as a service.
- 2+ years’ experience of managing third party finance support partners.
- 2+ years’ experience of transitioning activities from projects to support.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of global stakeholders.
- Finance qualification or relevant finance experience.
- Experience of Kyriba, DocuPeak and Concur.
- Experience of NAV v 2009 to 2017.
