ERP/CRM Sales Manager

Permanent West Midlands £40,000 - £70,000 per annum + OTE

Our client, a global partner, are looking for ERP/CRM Sales Manager to join their team. The ERP/CRM Sales Manager will be selling the NetSuite Software portfolio of solutions together with the full range of services. The successful candidate will be selling into the mid-tier and corporate markets across a number of business sectors. You will assist in planning, developing and implementation of the strategy to meet sales budgets, plans and targets within agreed timescales.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a pure New Business Sales Role
  • Experience in selling Software and Services
  • Proven track record of selling to C level executives
  • Experience in selling ERP/CRM/Financials solutions
  • Clean and current driving licence



  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospecting contact towards achieving agreed sales targets and business aims
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy
  • Manage software and services mix, pricing and margins in accordance with the published price list to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and win new customers through appropriate engagement and ethical sales methods ensuring you optimise the quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction
  • Use company approved prospect contact activity tools and systems to provide up to date relevant information to the business
  • Align sales activity to support marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and submitting relevant information accordingly
  • Communicate and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable ongoing relationships
