Fantastic opportunity to join a Global Market Leading organisation! Our UK based end user client is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Systems Analyst. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will manage a range of projects varying between country implementation stabilisation projects, global enhancements, and country-specific enhancements. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will have ERP systems knowledge coupled with excellent communication skills. You must have the right to work in the UK/EU to apply for this role.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, working well under tight targets
- Outstanding follow-up skills and demonstrating a proactive approach and an ability to prioritize and anticipate are required
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite
- ERP Systems knowledge (Oracle / SAP /JDE)
- Project management skills or eagerness to acquire these skills through on the job training
- Adjusts quickly to complex changing work priorities and unplanned events
- Maintains effective working relationships and partnerships across the organization
- Strong communications and collaboration skills, team player
- Fluent in English, any other language welcome
Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of projects varying between country implementation stabilization projects, global enhancements, and country specific enhancements
- Ensure architected solution meets business requirements, is consistent with the global process model and aligned with the global supply chain strategy
- Assist the Global Process Owner in ERP systems management: disseminate knowledge of the Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system template and match it to the 3PL’s ERP
- Involved in new enhancement projects and focus on continuous improvements in close cooperation with the Customer Service/Cash Collection/Data Management/Analytics/Repack & Inventory/IT teams
- Coordinating the assessment, development, testing, implementation, and hyper care phase for system changes and ensuring the solution adheres to the global template is also key in this role
- You will support daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with key-players and participate on multiple projects that have an impact to supply chain
