ERP Finance Support

Permanent East Sussex £35,000 - 45,000

The ERP Finance Consultant will be responsible for providing support to the Finance users of D365 BC platform and assisting in providing technical support to allow other applications to integrate successfully with D365. The support is provided to a varied user base including executive level, so it will be necessary to take responsibility for all queries and resolve them as quickly as possible.

The Client are happy to look at candidates that would like to cross train to support D365 BC, you must have a Finance focused ERP Support background.

Responsibilities: 

  • 1st/ 2nd line support of Dynamics 365 BC
  • Analysing/troubleshooting system issues & errors both on-site and remotely, as required.
  • Monitor and maintain the D365 BC Application support queue.
  • Conduct analysis to triage the assigned issues, escalate as required.
  • Diagnose and resolve Dynamics problems and provide information to educate the users on resolutions in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Engage with appropriate internal and external resources to resolve technical issues and keep users updated on progress toward resolution.
  • Ensure that Finance support issues are assigned, and resolutions are documented.
  • Day-to-day user support, coordinating with other IT team members to manage internal D365 system and incidents.

Key Skills & Experience: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Financial ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC preferred) functional capabilities around supporting Finance & accounting.
  • A proven track record supporting Financial ERP systems.
  • Technical and analytical mind-set.
  • Clear writing and verbal communication.
  • Results-oriented with personal accountability and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office365 (especially Excel), Power BI, and MS Teams.
  • Troubleshooting system issues remotely and face to face, to users across multiple global sites.
  • Analytical skills, very good organisation of work and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with internal and external (MS partner) teams.
  • Confident communication skills, with ability to support face to face & remotely.
  • Good basic knowledge of data management, databases, SQL, Power Automate.

Location:  Bex Hill, East Sussex

Our client is happy for mainly home based working for confident candidates.
