Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Business Analyst – Home-Based

Contract Remote based £500 - £550 per day

Our end user client immediately requires a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Business Analyst for their current D365 F&O project. The initial duration is 6 months but is likely to extend. The D365 Supply Chain Business Analyst will be leading initiatives to support the CI agenda for specified Supply Chain domain(s).

 

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Agile project management and a fundamental understanding Agile ceremonies.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and ability to identify opportunities to use them.
  • Ability to moderate events/workshops/meetings to draw out key information leading to a clear understanding of current processes and possible improvements.
  • Ability to listen and interpret what is being said to find improvements not obvious on the surface.
  • An ability to quickly build valuable relationships that you leverage to take people with you through change.

 

Desirable:

  • ERP/WMS/MRP knowledge, ideally JDA / D365, preferred.
  • Industry experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Industry experience across FMCG/E-commerce/Consumer Goods.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping our value chain by domain and discovering the As-Is and creating the To-Be process flows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the As-Is process and make recommendations on prioritisation.
  • Working with process owners to generate user requirements specifications for both business processes and new system design or improvements.
  • Help to build the end-to-end testing programme and provide testing support of new deployments.
  • Work closely with the solutions architect team to ensure the user requirements and acceptance criteria was fully covered in designs.
  • Create clear lists of master data requirements for your domain(s) and work with the data teams to ensure they are in place or being worked on as part of future roadmaps.
  • Work with process owners and tech teams to ensure your domain has the correct level of real-time information via live dashboarding to support quick and accurate
  • decision making.
  • Utilise both Agile and Lean principles and templates to produce high quality shareable work products.
