Dynamics F&O Technical Lead/Architect

Permanent UK £75,000 - £95,000 per annum + package (Depending on Experience)

Our client, a large end user organisation, are seeking a Dynamics F&O Technical Lead/Architect to join their team on a permanent basis and assist with their large D365 F&O implementation. The Dynamics F&O Technical Lead/Architect will have 7+ years AX/D365 technical experience coupled with the ability to write and document technical specifications.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Microsoft AX / D365FO (Essential)
  • 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/365 in Finance and Operations
  • 7+ Years AX/D365 technical experience
  • Technical Implementation of AX / D365
  • Building and managing support teams
  • Significant previous experience acting as Technical Lead/Architect
  • Experience with LCS, VSTS
  • Experience of developing ITIL and service management processes
  • Ability to gather technical requirements
  • Ability to write & document technical Specifications
  • Familiar with SDLC (Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
  • Manage code release and deployments
  • Common Data Services
  • Ideally Microsoft Azure Integration Architecture with PowerApps, LogicApps, CDS
  • Microsoft Power Platform (desirable)
  • Track record of building and operating successful Dynamics F&O support teams

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of technical solutions that enhance Dynamics
  • Effectively promote the technical capabilities of Dynamics within the business
  • Define technical training needs within the team and coach other team members
  • Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
  • Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Work with the Head of Development to implement best practices
  • Identify technical capability development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
  • Manage development backlog and estimations

 

Location: UK Wide
