Project Change Manager

Permanent £60k-£70k + Bonus + Benefits

The Project and Change Manager role is to support the Business Process Owner.

You will manage the Process & Training Lead and Business/Project Analysts in implementing new projects as well as processing and analysing data to identify process performance areas. You will be accountable for workflows and materials as well as providing support and analytics to improve business performance.

You will manage Project Managers and Analysts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and initiation of approved projects, executing initiatives, performing detailed analysis to determine justification for project, demand, enhancements or developments.
  • High level implementation and budgetry plans through to assessment and build out to execution plans.
  • Prioritising & determining workloads, key deliverabes, and actioning daily activities.
  • Creation of test plans, scenarios and test scripts as well as capturing and documenting findings and work toward resolution of issues and utilising external testing partners.
  • Documentation of Process Maps, SOP’s, Work Instructions and Training Materials.
  • Accountable for the delivery on all projects and the effective handover to business operations teams.
  • Demonstratable Team management skills and previous leadership experience in a similar role is a must.

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in initiating & scoping, creating project charters, project plans, gap analysis and back-logs, as well as practical experience in managing projects from conception through to launch and beyond.
  • Understanding of Lean Sigma principles and ability to execute LEAN initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience in Change Management, dealing with Ambiguity and managing changing expectations.
  • IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of ERP systems, JIRA, Confluence, QTest, Visio and Project management tools.
  • Project Management Certification required.
  • Business English (any other European language advantageous)

Location:  United Kingdom

This role can be performed on a remote basis from within the UK or EU.
