Our high-profile international client is looking to recruit a Dynamics Nav Finance Systems Analyst on a permanent basis. The Dynamics Nav Finance Systems Analyst will have proven experience of Navision throughout the whole project lifecycle (define, design, build, test, go-live); coupled with strong interpersonal skills. The Dynamics Nav Finance Systems Analyst will design, deliver and maintain financial solutions repository and associated documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience of Navision throughout the whole project lifecycle (define, design, build, test, go-live)
- Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping and IT solutions design
- Required minimum 3 years of experience on working on Navision ERP system
- Strong background with requirements management
- Experience in the FMCG / Retail / Luxury items advantageous
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in Navision ERP system
- Strong understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques
- Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated successful time management and organisation skills
- Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Customer oriented
- English is mandatory
- Other languages would be a good addition
Responsibilities:
- Successfully adopt Navision ERP system modules
- Actively engage with local entities to understand their functional requirements, with CoE to understand the choice of appropriate solution and gap analysis to highlight localisation requirements
- Assist project managers in migration to new versions / tools releases / platforms
- Actively engage with Business Relationship Management Team, Projects Deployment Team and Technology & Architecture Team explaining new functionalities as well as getting feedback for future solutions amendments
- Both reduce the cost/duration of each solution delivery and maximise stability by proactively engaging with stakeholders to minimise the need for localisations. This can be achieved by influencing Local Markets to amend business processes, apply standard definitions and adopt both best practice models and learnings from previous implementations
- Design, deliver and maintain financial solutions repository and associated documentation
