We are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join a busy and growing Microsoft practice and work primarily on Business Central implementations. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious consultant in the Business Applications industry to join the company at a time when you can make a real impact on new and existing projects.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Good understanding of all elements within Microsoft Dynamics as well as the wider Business Applications platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Common Data Services, Azure, Office 365) and working in fast-paced agile environments.
  • At least three years of direct experience in implementing functional processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and previous versions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues.
  • You have an ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas and solutions in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Business Applications.
  • Flexible attitude, critical thinking and the ability to engage with stakeholders at every level – from c-suite to end-user.
  • You can successfully translate business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience. 
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes, stakeholder engagement, creative thinking, presentation and coaching.


Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualified.
  • Hold current Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Understanding of Jet reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps and Power BI.



  • Be a champion for solutions on the Microsoft platform with a good understanding across all applications in the stack, primarily with ERP applications.
  • Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients, including implementations, system audits, reviews and associated project activities.
  • Lead Dynamics Business Central implementations, including design and build, train and test, coordinating and defining extensions or integrations.
  • Assist with client support activities such as bug-fixing and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the delivery of training needs within the team and coach other staff members.
  • Deliver all consultancy according to our Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
  • Participate in business development and pre-sales activities as requested.
